This service provides an easy solution for entrepreneur with a full-time job, as they don’t have enough time to start their business with minimum interruptions, reduce the capital expenditure, finish the process faster, create the right infrastructure and start correctly.
This is what we do
We start by analyzing the needs of the business, the requirements of the entrepreneur, and the current market situation. Then we start with implementation as follows:
Step 1:

Register in Sijilat
- Decide on the shop name
- Register the name by using the client Ekey
- Get the CR without license
Step 4:
Interior design follow-up

- Get the layout for the license

- Detailed drawings
- Furniture design
- 3D drawing

Step 5:
Hold the company accounting
- Handling the account and spending budget during the implementation phase
- Keep track of all receipts, quotations, invoices, and delivery notes
Step 6:
Follow up with Installing automated system to reduce the workload
- POS systems
- Accounting system
Step 7:
Find employees

- Write HR manual
- Announce vacancies on all platforms
- Short list candidates
- Hire after interviews
- Write the contracts
- Follow up with LMRA submission
- Register in MLSD
- Post Bahraini vacancies

Step 8:
Enhance the website
- If a website exists, we enhance the performance

Step 9:
Reduce operational cost
- Reduce the salaries to minimum if possible
- Find lowest possible rent to fit the requirements
- Reduce the services required to complete the implementation
- Install application to reduce the working load
- Replace the material to cheaper options and used equipment’s to fit the budget
Step 10:
Create marketing strategy
- Write marketing plan
- Define milestones and objectives
- Define monthly distribution
Step 11:
Branding follow-up
- Find a company for the branding based on the budget
- Follow up between the client and the branding company
- Find printing press to execute it
Step 12:
Follow up with construction
- Find a construction company
- Get multiple quotations
- Compare prices and work
- Sign contract
- Write full project plan for construction and follow up KPI
- Follow up with weekly progress
Step 13:
CR licenses

- Submit for license in Sijilat
- Follow up with licensing entities
- Finalize the CR with license
Step 14:
Register in tamkeen
- Sign up in tamkeen if they are open
- Submit quotations on behalf of the client
- Send the approval letter
Step 15:
Find the equipment suppliers and import them
- Provide list of equipment
- If any item is out of Bahrain, the company will take care of logistics and other recommendations
Step 16:
Marketing follow-up based on the budget
- Find influencers and follow up with their ads, scheduling, details, and contracts
- Handle account for 1 month before opening, and 1 month after
- Suggest companies for period after that
- Handle the setup of all accounts and their information, payments, targeting and creative ideas
Step 17:
Run Day-to-Day operation
- Assume the role of managers one month after the first payment received
- Solve all the issues accord during this period

“Additional fees may apply based on the size of the project. For the first package, fees are calculated at 7% of the actual project size. For the second package, fees are calculated at 10%. For the third package, fees are calculated at 15%. Please note that the listed prices are the minimum charges and all are exclusive of VAT.”
Any month after the period of the package ended will be charged 15% of the initial period package price.
